BACHELOR RECAP FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF A SOMEWHAT SEXIST HUSBAND FORCED TO WATCH THE SHOW.

by Nameless Dad (NWM Staff Writer)

In my defense the show isn’t exactly a poster child for feminism. Also I'll admit (after viewing 3 episodes) “forced” is probably a tad strong. Sad to say TB is growing on me, bordering on me being hooked.

AS FAR AS LAST NIGHT’S EPISODE GOES…

Jake (and producers) surprised the naughty 9 by busing ‘em up to wine country in CA. During the trip the claws came out about Vienna (meh face, nice body).

One-on-one date: Had a campfire dinner with Gia (hottie model from NYC). Played hide and seek. Made out. Ate hotdogs. Made out. She got the rose. G has a bit of a thick New Yawk accent, but still VERY sexy.

More bitching about Vienna (meh face, nice body).

Group date: Took gals dune buggy-ing. Tackled and tickled Tenley (innocent chick). She got the rose.

Two-on-one: Hung with Kathryn (cute-ish) and Ella (milf) in his cabin. KO’d ‘em both. Mom is really hot. Not sure what Jake was thinking there.

Before rose ceremony: Jack gives a dig to Vienna (meh face, nice body) about how she should play nice with the other girls. Corrie wears a really tight, tight green dress (looks hot). My wife said she looked trampish.

Rose Ceremony: Hands out first two roses to Corrie and Ali (big surprise). Jake starts to cry and talks to Chris. Tells him he wants to give up one rose. Chris agrees. Jake comes back (still crying) saves Vienna (meh face, nice body) and sends Ashleigh and Jessie packing. Ali is pissed Vienna (meh face, nice body) is still around.

FYI…I DVR’d 24.

  1. I think it's funny that one woman was sleeping with one of the show's producer's.....

And the new controversy where in the commercial, one of the women says she's pregnant, but in the show she says she's divorced....

Did ABC dub in another woman's voice saying 'pregnant' over the original woman saying 'divorced'?

Why do women love this show?

  2. Glad to know I didn't miss anything by not owning a TV. Thanks for the recap. The dude was crying? Really? That's pathetic and not-at-all attractive.
    Cheers,
