A BRIEF, BRIEF MOMENT IN FROZEN CONCENTRATED ORANGE JUICE HISTORY
American scientists invented Frozen Concentrated orange juice at the end of Word War II. It wound up being the best selling type of OJ for nearly 4 decades, and helped launch the Florida orange juice market.
I tried to figure out the painting. Is that Florida being conquered by someone? I can't drink orange juice, it gives me heartburn. Thanks for reminding me.

ReplyDeleteI drank frozen OJ as a kid, but there is no frozen concentrated OJ here in NZ - I don't think I have ever seen it here.
