Never listened to Gretchen Wilson. Liked Alice in Chains most out of all the Seattle groups. This caught my eye during my exile from the workforce. Now, you can be a music snob all you want, but it’s pretty hard to argue that the guitar riff for Barracuda isn’t one of the best ever. And I think this might be a better version than the original.
Who says you have to live 60+ years, have your heart stomped on by a woman and lose your dog in a fire to sing the blues? Wesley has mastered this musical art-form and is barely out of diapers. 5-year-old boy plays "Folsom Prison Blues" by Johnny Cash youtube video isn’t some e-trade “baby lip-syncing” effect. He’s the real deal. With strumming and singin’ that’d make Mr. Cash proud (not sure about Joaquin.) Just listen to the 2 minute set from The 2009 Spring Coffee Shop Jam, at The Columbia City Theater in Seattle, WA and you'll be a believer. Kicks the %$#%$ out of MMMMBop.
