WHAT'S ON THE DINGY NYC TRAIN TRACK? (an ongoing series)


I’m thinking it’s either a Pez dispenser or one of those Asthma inhalers. Thoughts?

    I don't think it's an inhaler, but it could be Pez.

    I've never seen an inhaler so bright, so it's probs a pez dispenser!

    I agree with Debra. I am a smoker, and can recognize a lighter everywhere, anytime.
