As a once platinum member of the single society, I can totally relate to those who might have a smidge of bitter, resentment towards V-day. During those days I too wanted to do unspeakable, tortuous things to cupid, Jared and the FTD dude. Oh and the Snuggle bear as well, just for kicks. Personally I always thought V-Day should be a co-holiday that includes us single folks. Sorta like how they have the republican rebuttal after Obama speaks.
