33rd ANNIVERSARY OF AN INCREDIBLY AWKWARD JEWISH-THEMED PSA


I was a wee bit less than a decade old when this gem came out. I was (am) Jewish. And to be honest, I had no clue what the fuss was all about. I mean Jimmy is his Jewish friend – not his Jewish enemy. That's good, right? Now I know better. The PSA is all about horrible haircuts and freaky fishing hats.

    Haha that is amazing! I'm also Jewish so I'm loving the awful humor behind this.

    I guess I'm prejudiced because I once described someone as being tall, and another time described someone as 'one of my red haired' friends. I'm awful. Plain awful.

    Oh yeah, and for some bad Jewish humor which you may have heard before, but still, here's a joke I love.

    Q: Why can't you keep a Jew in jail?
    A: Because Jews eat lox (locks).

    Well, by those standards I'm prejudiced. I mean I'd rather call my friend my Jewish friend than my friend who always picks up pennies. It's just shorter.

    I'm going to hell for sure for poking a little bit of fun into just about every religion I encounter, so don't give me too much poo, people.

    That old man messed that poor little Christian boy up for life. I bet he's spent thousands on therapy to this day (because of the discussion and the hat-haircut combo).

    I don't get how referring to someone as jewish can be prejudiced either. He's just your friend, don't matter that he's Jewish.
