GUESS THE RASH!

I am an infection that is caused by a type of mite that burrows underneath the skin. I am extremely itchy. I usually appear on the wrist, folds of the elbow, armpits, beltline, abdomen, genitalia, nipples, buttocks and the groin. I can be transferred by contact with infected skin or contaminated bedding and clothes. What am I?

    I guess scabies, but I'm not sure. I've never seen someone with scabies -- just heard about it.

    I have a friend that came home from Singapore with scabies. Makes my skin crawl to think about them.

    sounds like scabies, but looks like chiggers. you have to look up chiggers some day. I wonder if they're only a southern thing?
