PSST…CANADA IS NOT SHARING ALL OF THEIR CANDY.

Looks like our neighbors from the great north aren’t too keen on sharing all of their sweet secrets with us. Could be payback for taking their comedians. Either way, check out what you’ll never see in any North American vending machine.

BIG TURK by Nestle  The jelly and chocolate bar with 60% less fat than any other Canadian jelly and chocolate candy bar on the market.

JERSEY MILK by Neilson – Rich, milk chocolate taste. Oddly named after one of our most popular states in the union, and they still refuse to share. Hrrrmmph!

MAYNARD WINE GUMS  C’mon! Now you guys are just being cruel.

  1. Wine gums? They can keep that, I'm not a fan of wine.

  4. My dear friends to the south, there are so many candy bars you don't share with us, that it would seem strange to complain about the two we don't share with you, however, a Big Turk is truly one of the best chocolate bars ever made! It is by far the very most yummiest chocolate bar ever,.... I mean it really is ;P

  9. We have Maynards Winegums in Canada but they're really a British candy. The best ones I ever had were in Britain -- so fresh and tasty and chewy! Oh, you don't have them in the US? That's what you get for dumping the Brits in 1776, losers.

  17. Two thoughts came to mind - first, are you suggesting that America doesn't have enough sweets? And second, when I quickly looked at the first bar I thought it said Big Turd - so I was wondering why America would actually want it anyway :)

  19. Oh wine gums, you are my husband's favorite. Nothing like a little tasteless chew to remind you of our quiet neighbors up north.

  20. Those selfish bastards! But can we really be that upset? Just look at all the junk we pump into our bodies, do we really need more? But sharing is caring and it's the fact that they aren't sharing that has us so upset!

Speaking of candy bars and sharing...if you like payday candy bars, I will share a secret. Quite simple really and will save money from buying the actual candy bar. Just mixed roasted peanuts with candy corn. Tastes exactly like a payday! trust me!

  24. Aw man, you missed some of the BEST ones...like Caramilk, Smarties (not what the U.S. calls Smarties, that's for sure), Kit Kats (trust me, they're MUCH better from Canada), Aero bars, Coffee Crisp (not my fave - I hate coffee), and more.... Next time I go back home to visit, I should buy up a few and mail them to you. You'd love them so much, you'd wanna move to Canada.

  27. I have to agree with Marlene, you left the best ones off your list ;)
As a Canadian that only lives 1/2 hour from the U.S. Border, I am lucky to get the best of both Canadian and Americian chocolate bars ;)
