APPARENTLY THERE’S A COMPETITIVE HIDE AND SEEK LEAGUE THAT NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME ABOUT.


At least I think it’s a sport. Part of me thinks this is some type of hook-up porn thing that I’m out of the loop on. All I know about the HSL is the following…

The first game was played in DeKalb, IL on September 9th, 2009.

The games occur in these arenas …
  • WalMart
  • Holmes Student Center
  • NIU Library
  • Target
  • Waubonsee College
  • Kishwaukee College


Facebook has it categorized under "professional sports" so you know it’s gotta be the real deal.

Right now the HSL is setting up teams. The entry fee is 25 bucks. And this year’s season opener will be at a Target in the Dekalb area.

    apparently, my 5 & 7 year old know about this because I lose them in Walmart...hiding in clothes racks and such. I didn't realize they had joined a league. Hey, the first FREE THING in orange county. Yea!
