FINALLY, A BLOG THAT ASKS THE QUESTIONS NO ONE HAS EVEN THOUGHT OF ASKING.

That’s right. While other blogs are busy talking about their feelings, kids, or guinea pigs...
[Bailey is sooooo cute!]

...I’m asking probing questions like HOW MUCH IS A ROOKIE MIKE SEAVER CARD REALLY WORTH?

Before that, here’s a bit of background for the Gen Y peeps:
Mike Seaver (played by Kirk Cameron) was the oldest son in the hit ABC show GROWING PAINS. The series lasted from 1985 – 1992 (give or take a couple of reunion shows).

So how much is the card worth?
The only place I could find the card value (without going to a bookstore and spending my money on a trading card price guide) is ebay. Here’s what I got.

  2. I just learned something new today. I didn't know they had trading cards for the show. Blast from the past, but yet for this 40 year old lady, it seems like yesterday.

  8. i'm guessing the card went from being 'mint' to 'near-mint' when it was gripped in ecstasy while the owner rubbed one out

  9. If you could have gotten it autographed that may have helped. It certainly helped with my Boner rookie card.
