Harem pants are back. The easy-breezy, baggy pants style that can be worn in the summer or winter. But be warned, this is yet another low-rider fashion. Harem pants also represent a new "ugly chic " according to the Wall Street Journal. Basically it’s a style that people are drawn to yet it's not the most attractive. If you don’t mind a little breeze in some unmentionable places – give 'em a wear!
