Beaded necklaces have always been hot in seasons past. However this holiday time the sheik-factor has been turned up to 11. A wardrobe is not complete without at least one pair. Here are 5 ways to get more bead-bang for your buck.

Big, Bigger , Biggest - the bigger the bead the better. Bright colors are also hot, like lime or chartreuse.

A few (or more) strands go a long way - multi-strand is the way to go, no matter what the bead size.

Wood won’t chip - easy to manage, works well with any look.

Pendants - adding one totally centers the look!

All knotted up - tie it up for some sexy oomph.
