Some see those tiny, lifeless, furry carcasses on the road as horrifically, sad sites. Others see it as dinner. If you fall into the latter, heed these words of wisdom. Just ‘cause it “tastes just like chicken” doesn’t mean it has the same nutrition value. Cases in point.
