Dog psychologists advice you not to yell If your dog does something wrong. That will only result in scaring your pooch and damaging the bond you’ve built. Instead, speak in a firm voice without saying the name of your dog. The name should only be used when offering positive reinforcement.

ReplyDeleteWhen you find it later and call him on it, he’s just going to cock his head to one side, and give you a look that says “what are you talking about? I haven’t even been in this room all day!” Dogs are liars…
