Get baking and whip up the best damn batch of buffalo wings before tip-off.
Ingredients:
- Organic Hemp oil for deep frying
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose Hemp flour
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 chicken wings
Recipe:
Heat Hemp oil fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a saucepan mix up butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder over a low flame. Once mixture is blended remove from burner.
In a small bowl mix Hemp flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings on plate and coat with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Fry wings in hot Hemp oil for 10 to 15 minutes until browned. Remove from heat, place wings in bowl, add a splash of hot sauce and toss together. Serve with bleu cheese.
